Let’s get into it. Lurch

This could not be a more accurate Postaday topic. Lurching is exactly what I have been doing for the last few days… As with many things, when I get momentum, I tend to put on the breaks. After a stellar week of easily meeting my goals, I follow it with a week of barely clinging to why I’m doing all this in the first place. I wonder what makes me stutter start like this?

Self-sabotage?
Competing obligations?
Feeling a loss of control?
The absence of comfort?

Whatever the reason, I am REALLY good at derailing myself… But I’m still publishing tonight… That’s something.

I’m shutting down the pity party now. Popping black balloons and turning the My Chemical Romance playlist to a dull whisper…
