Well, hello there! Long time, no see.
I have a BUNCH of stuff in the works, but today — today, my friends, I am announcing the “Life Coaching with Ryan” BOOK CLUB! I will be reading a book per month and sharing my responses as I go. Feel free to read along with me and jump into my comments to share your reactions, too!
If you are not following me on Instagram (educate4_life), I highly recommend you check out my channel as I’ll be posting a story each time I complete a chapter, as well as releasing an IGTV episode corresponding with a post here per week. I may post on YouTube and/or Vimeo and/or Facebook, but that’s still up in the air. Instagram will be the start.
The book for July is The Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D., a Stanford University professor who teaches the “Science of Willpower” course. She has also written another book on my shortlist, The Upside of Stress. I’ll be reading at a leisurely pace, about one chapter every three days. The book is available on Kindle and Audible, so there are some easy ways to follow along if you want to get in on the action!
