I am eternally fascinated by my mind: one moment I feel poised to take on the world, and the next I wonder why I even bother. In the past, I felt like no one really saw me for me; I felt unseen. After years of reading, taking classes, changing career paths, talking with professionals and friends, and a serious bout of depression, I came to realize that I didn’t see me. This shift in perspective radically changed how I approached myself and my daily life. It changed how I operated my mind. I needed to spend some time with myself, taking on new and unexpected challenges, before I started to truly get in touch with who I am as an educator, a caretaker, and leader.
My name is Ryan Francis, and I want to help you be the best YOU you can possibly be. I want you to learn, in short order, what it took me decades of self-help, spiritual exploration, and falling on my face to master, ways of thinking and being that have brought me significant happiness and peace. There is no magic pill or potion — this will take work. But you are worth it.
